A very pressuring and Awesome activity, Choi Is Now, is a rare experience I'll find only once in school life. Not only thrilling but filled with knowledge about Thai culture and encouragement to protect it...
Students in the class are separated into two groups and have debate on one given subject; however, it's not normal debate but singing choi instead in response. Like rap battle, the students can write or modify their lyrics as they wanted Each expressed their own feelings and thoughts differently on given topics through their lyrics . For me, I like writing poems and do rhymes. But I have never done impromptu one before. Choi Is Now gives me a chance to enhance my poem skills. I feel myself thinking faster that I have been, the content is also better at the same time. I wrote lyrics for my friends and for myself. While writing, my groups help cheering each other, they help each other at best as they could, planned and worked effectively.

For this new unit, I studied translation from English to Thai by both theories and practical ways. An idea of translation changes from time to time, people invented many ways to translate from one language to another the most easy and accurate. After learning theory of translation, I practiced translating quotes. The key is to make the translation sounds natural and the meaning doesn't alter from the original. I also translate long educational passage and poems. This poster is the product of this unit.
Translation is harder than I thought before, it needs to be natural and short. There are problems such as grammar and sentence arrangement which Thai language has it different from English. However, after many practices I begin to get better at it. In the first semester, our class learned and practiced doing critical thinking for GAT exam. I learned to link relations for the statements in the story whether it is effects and results, contradiction, or examples. By doing this requires Critical Thinking skill to understand which is important for critical reading, giving reasons, doing analysis, forming assumptions etc. These skill are crucial in life and is a strong base for future learning. At first, learning this was hard for me and I couldn't understand or did it. After few practices, I began to understand its concepts. For ESLO Articulate communicators
